My own personal experience of the Easygreen is that it's ideal for sprouting Alfalfa, Mung Beans but not so good for growing wheatgrass. This is because the unit is too small and the air and mist find it hard to circulate within the unit.
You would also need to buy 3 of these machines to juice every day. Unless you are useless at gardening and remembering to water plants, I would go for the soil and tray method which I've detailed here.
